A husband-wife pair of Minnesota politicians were assassinated. For years, I have warned about the fragility of our political system, even specifically predicting that politicians would be assassinated in retribution for their votes. As I've pointed out, politicians at the state and even federal level are extraordinarily vulnerable. They do not have security. They have highly predictable routines. A person with only minimal intelligence and initiative could easily murder just about anyone in politics. While I do not want this to happen, these are the facts, and they have been very obvious to the wise for years. It will happen with increasing frequency.
The transformation that is upon us: the reasons a meritorious person has for pursuing any kind of leadership (family, corporate, political, ecclesiastical) are quickly diminishing, while being replaced by rewards for the wicked.
This is just one of very many examples of how our system requires a great many exceptional conditions to perfectly endure in order to survive. Buckle up.
You called it Rob and it is awful, I feel like this is only the start. With each instance the tolerance grows. Thanks for providing the search function so we can see the instances and what we can act on.
