You'll find the new book here. This is the eleventh book I've published[1], and it was the most challenging so far. I started this book more than ten years ago, but most of the work to finish it occurred over the last year, during which I worked an average of ten hours a day, seven days a week. I could never have written this book without the recurring donations of those who support this ministry. Thank you.
